		<description><![CDATA[Great post.  I totally agree.  I&#039;m a strong, driven woman, and at my best and most confident when I&#039;m in the role of leader.  There are some people more inclined towards leadership than others regardless of sex.  When I hear emasculate, it seems to be a way to intimidate people from taking away male power or to say that men are the only natural leaders.  Taking power away from women can shake us and effect our self esteem to the same extent.]]></description>
